Mark is an internationally experienced CEO with three exits and over 20 years of experience at the helm of VC backed technology and fintech startups. He has both founded companies, and come in as a later stage CEO to help existing companies scale. Mark’s experience spans multi-country online financial services, mission critical enterprise software and consumer-focused mobile applications across a number of go to market models. He is also an experienced Board Member.

Camila Troughton
Counselling Lead
Camila has an LL.B and MSW and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers. Her areas of specialty include grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, and burnout. Camila’s approach is compassionate, collaborative and strengths-based, which means that she helps clients gently explore what’s going right as well as what’s going wrong. She then works to help develop insights and apply practical, manageable, evidence-based strategies to get them feeling better.
